Before jumping into the awesome content we’ve created for you this month, let’s touch on why we’ve chosen this topic because I think that’s pretty important too.

The world is a chaotic place at the moment. I mean, no more than usual, but there are new things twisting everyone’s knickers—yup - AI. 😏 I’m not going to lecture you on the pros and cons of using artificial intelligence, but I will say this: Yes, it’s great. It’s helpful. It increases our efficiency and our productivity. But - and it’s a big but folks, it’s not human.

And this friend is where many brands are going wrong. They’ve jumped on the AI trend with a little too much vigor, quickly turning their brands into a faceless representation of what was or could be.
